Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Creating and managing employee recognition programs to reward outstanding performance.
  • Coordinating employee events and activities, including team-building exercises and social gatherings.
  • Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases related to employee information.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, HR Management.
  • 5 years relevant work experience in HR in a reputable organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
