We're looking for an experienced Employee Experience Coordinator to join our team at Devsinc. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.

This role focuses on internal employee engagement through event planning, content creation, and communication strategies that align with our company's values and mission. The ideal candidate is organized, data-driven, and passionate about driving meaningful connections within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement Employee Engagement Strategies: Develop and execute plans to enhance employee satisfaction, collaboration, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Plan and Execute Team-Building Activities: Organize and execute team-building activities, wellness programs, and employee recognition initiatives.
  • Manage Internal Communication Channels: Ensure employees are informed and engaged through emails, newsletters, intranet, and other channels.
  • Create Engaging Content: Develop videos, posters, and articles to promote internal campaigns and events.
  • Coordinate and Document Content Shoots: Plan and document internal content shoots for events, team activities, and milestones.
  • Monitor and Analyze Employee Engagement Metrics: Track and analyze metrics to gather feedback and improve future initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR and Other Departments: Align engagement activities with organizational values and strategies.
  • Develop and Manage Budgets: Ensure optimal resource allocation for internal events and campaigns.
  • Stay Updated on Trends and Best Practices: Introduce innovative ideas in employee engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a Related Field: A degree in a related field is required.
  • 1-2 Years of Experience in Internal Communications, Event Planning, or a Related Role: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Internal Branding Strategies and Tools: Knowledge of internal branding strategies and tools is essential.
