Tech Recruitment Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and help us grow our IT teams. As a Tech Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and selecting top talent for technical roles within our organization.

  • Identifying and attracting top technical talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Evaluating resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conducting initial screenings to assess candidates' skills and experience.
  • Developing and executing recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Building relationships with stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
  • Collaborating with Hiring Managers to develop job descriptions and requirements.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to candidates and clients.
  • Managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make improvements.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Key Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Technical Recruitment.
  • Proven track record of success in attracting and hiring top technical talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of recruitment software and tools.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for recruitment events and meetings.
