Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team.
Main Responsibilities:- Hardware Setup and Installation: Install and configure hardware and software, ensuring all equipment is properly set up.
- Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Regularly maintain and repair technological equipment, such as routers and peripheral devices.
- Network Setup and Management: Install and manage LAN/WAN networks, ensuring all components are functioning correctly.
- System Upgrades: Perform regular upgrades to ensure systems remain updated and secure.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve system failures or bugs, restoring functionality quickly.
- Technical Support: Provide timely technical support and training to users on how to effectively use computers.
- New Business Development: Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Confidentiality: Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Reputation Enhancement: Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Adherence to Company Policies: Adhere to company policies, standards, and procedures in the performance of job duties.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience as a computer technician or similar role.
- Computer Systems Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of computer systems and IT components.
- Internet Security and Data Privacy: Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.
- Excellent Troubleshooting Skills: Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Organizing and Time-Management Skills: Exceptional organizing and time-management skills.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are critical.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+) will be an advantage.
- Hubspot CRM: Experience/Knowledge of Hubspot CRM is a plus.
