Property Leasing and Management Role

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic property management environment. As an Assistant Property Leasing Manager, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of our properties.


Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate property maintenance and inspections to ensure our properties remain in excellent condition.
  • Schedule property tours and lease signings to showcase our properties to potential tenants.
  • Manage the leasing team to achieve revenue goals and improve efficiency.
  • Handle lease documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Facilitate communication among tenants, landlords, and maintenance staff to resolve any issues promptly.
  • Assist with market research to maintain competitive rental rates.
  • Oversee vacancy marketing campaigns to attract potential tenants.
  • Scout and identify prospective tenants who meet our criteria.
  • Provide property tours highlighting the unique features and benefits of each property.
  • Run background checks on potential tenants to ensure their suitability.
  • Maintain contact with lessees to oversee their welfare and address any concerns they may have.
  • Oversee client applications and lease documents to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Explain lease terms clearly to tenants to avoid any misunderstandings.
  • Guide leasing team activities to meet revenue goals and improve profitability.
  • Organize meetings to discuss leasing operations and occupancy targets.
  • Oversee hiring and training of leasing recruits to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct property market surveys to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Supervise property publicity campaigns to promote our properties effectively.
  • Designate leasing staff territories to improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure proper documentation and storage of leasing files to maintain accurate records.
  • Develop policies to improve leasing department profitability and efficiency.
  • Manage all property operations, including leasing and maintenance, to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in property leasing and management.
  • Proficient in property management software to streamline operations.
  • Ability to upsell additional services to increase revenue.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of property maintenance best practices to ensure properties remain in excellent condition.
