Role Description
This full-time on-site role, based in Karachi, is for a Business Development Specialist. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining customer relationships. Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, developing sales strategies, and presenting findings to senior management to drive business growth. This role requires frequent collaboration with internal teams to develop proposals and close deals.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for market analysis and trend identification
- Excellent Communication skills for maintaining customer relationships and presenting findings
- Experience in Lead Generation and identifying new business opportunities
- Capability in conducting Market Research to understand industry and market trends
- Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant experience in the business development field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
