Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills, with a strong understanding of business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
  • Develop and present proposals, pitches, and business presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline reports and provide regular updates to management.
  • Represent the company at networking events, meetings, and industry forums.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2–5 years) in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of sales process and business development strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
