Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for developing innovative strategies to source, evaluate, and pipeline qualified candidates for technical roles within our organization.

  • Implement targeted sourcing initiatives to generate a pipeline of candidates that possess the skills and qualifications required to thrive in a dynamic work environment
  • Identify candidates with experience in Front End, Backend, Middleware, Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Web through various sourcing and recruiting methods
  • Develop strategic sourcing strategies aimed at generating consistent candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals
  • Build candidate pools for future requirements and consistently meet assigned metrics and goals
  • Utilize research and outreach efforts to build applicant sources and expand our talent network
  • Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills
  • Assess applicant qualifications by interview, analyzing responses and verifying references
  • Meet monthly quotas while tracking individual metrics in the IT sourcing and recruiting process
  • Initiate background checks and drug tests as necessary, identifying potential red flags and taking appropriate action
  • Inform candidates of company decisions and negotiate salary and benefits as needed
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical recruiting, IT staffing, or services industry
  • Excellent attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills, and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Technical savvy including data mining, social networking expertise, and computer knowledge including Internet and MS Office Suite
