Property Leasing Manager Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Market Research to maintain competitive rental rates and stay ahead of industry trends.
Requirements:
  • Property Leasing and Management Experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in Property Management Software to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Ability to Upsell Additional Services to increase revenue and enhance client satisfaction.
