This is a full-time property management position with a high daily volume of emails and calls. Candidates should feel comfortable typing and communicating through emails and phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Working with current tenants to resolve issues that arise during tenancy
  • Communicating with landlords on the status of their properties
  • Fielding questions for active listings via email, phone, and text
  • Assisting with new owner onboarding
  • Describing processes to interested owner leads
  • Meeting key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Prior remote work experience
  • Excellent English fluency (written and verbal)
  • Experience in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments
  • Proven track record for great customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Tech savvy
