Job Title: Key Account Manager and Commercials Lead
\This is a senior-level position responsible for managing key customer relationships, developing sales strategies, and leading commercial initiatives to drive business growth.
\Job Description\
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer development, with experience in sales/key account management. They will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, as well as financial acumen and analytical skills.

- Manage end-to-end P&L for B2C channel\
- Design and implement brand-wise, business-group wise, and e-tailer-wise strategies\
- Build and maintain effective relationships with e-tailers\
- Work cross-functionally with Brand, Customer marketing, and Finance functions\
- Work closely with data analytics team to identify trends across digital mediums and e-tailers\
- Manage day-to-day operations and strategic partnerships with e-commerce aggregators and distributors\
Requirements\
- \
- Minimum 4 years' experience in Customer Development in FMCG industry\
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline\
- Experience working in cross-functional teams\
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills\
- Financial acumen and analytical skills\
