Job Overview

The Operations and Maintenance Performance Manager is responsible for overseeing the continuous monitoring of operations and maintenance activities to ensure optimal system performance and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze operational data, generate timely reports, identify trends or anomalies, and support the maintenance team with insights for decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • System Integration: Design and implement strategies for integrating SCADA, CMMS, and reporting platforms.
  • Real-time Monitoring: Monitor real-time and historical performance data from O&M systems (SCADA, CMMS, etc.).
  • Automated Reporting Tools: Support the development of automated reporting tools for performance metrics, service logs, and compliance tracking.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Collaborate with field technicians to ensure timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Service Ticket Management: Track service tickets and ensure resolution.
Requirements and Competencies
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in solar O&M, system integration, or IT support.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in SCADA, SQL, and integration tools (e.g., PowerShell, APIs).

This position requires a strong technical skillset, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for ensuring optimal system performance and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, as well as 2+ years of experience in solar O&M, system integration, or IT support.
