Virtual Business Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to drive business growth in our home health agency network. The ideal candidate will generate leads, establish new partnerships, and consistently achieve revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to identify potential partners and qualify leads for partnership opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and reach targeted audiences.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and prospects through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and close deals that meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Focus primarily on clients in the USA.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or recruitment (preferably in healthcare or B2B services).
- Strong English communication and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Goal-driven, confident, and self-motivated personality with excellent time management skills.
