- Communicate key information to staff, including seasonal sales, new product launches, and other campaigns.
- Coach and lead team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences and promote teamwork.
- Ensure adherence to dress code policy and monitor staff behavior at all times.
- Collaborate with senior management to align business objectives and drive growth.
- Previous experience in retail is essential.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
