Agile Scrum Master

This is an exceptional opportunity to develop and lead a high-performing, multi-discipline team, instilling in them a clear vision and a passionate drive. As a Scrum Master, you'll play a leading role in fulfilling the vision, driving the implementation of our products and setting standards for teams to follow.

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master who can coach team members in self-management and cross-functionality.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in agile methodology and frameworks, with a proven track record of implementing successful Scrum implementations within an organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coaching the team in self-management and cross-functionality
  2. Helping the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value Increments
  3. Causing the removal of impediments to the Scrum Team's progress
  4. Ensuring that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox
  5. Helping the Project Manager in finding techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management
  6. Helping the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items
  7. Helping the Product Owner in establishing empirical product planning for a complex environment
  8. Helping the organization in leading, training, and coaching the organization in its Scrum adoption
  9. Helping the organization in planning and advising Scrum implementations within the organization
  10. Helping employees and stakeholders understand and enact an empirical approach for complex work
  11. Using SCRUM development processes.
Requirements:
  1. BA/BS/MBA degree or equivalent work experience
  2. Preferably Scrum Master certification such as SAFE, CSM or PMI-ACP
  3. Minimum 5 years of project management experience and 2 years leading sprints
  4. Demonstrable expertise in agile methodology and frameworks
  5. Thrives in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment
  6. Expert coach on implementation of agile scrum

The ideal candidate should possess strong oral and written skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to switch between methodologies and tailor them according to project needs.
