- Partnership Development: Evaluate potential business partners in alignment with company goals.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with partners, ensuring mutual value and alignment.
- Negotiation: Lead partnership negotiations, ensuring favorable terms aligned with company objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, engineering) to ensure successful partnership integrations and collaborations.
- Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through partnerships by leveraging joint initiatives, co-selling, or product integrations.
- Sales Growth: Directly manage B2B Digital Products Sales team, working closely to gain business, onboard customers with independent focus on high-value customers/leads.
- Performance Metrics: Track, measure, and report on partnership performance metrics, ensuring ROI and alignment with company KPIs.
- Feedback Loop: Provide feedback from partners to internal teams to help improve products, services, and partnership strategies.
- Training: Educate internal teams about partnerships, ensuring alignment and understanding across the organization.
- Event Participation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to foster relationships and identify potential partners.Requirements:
