Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for leading and managing full-cycle recruitment processes, including bulk hiring for operational roles. This involves ensuring timely replacement hiring on a daily basis to avoid workforce gaps.

Key responsibilities include supporting line managers with additional headcount requirements and team expansion initiatives, maintaining talent pipelines for critical positions to reduce hiring lead time, coordinating with recruitment agencies and internal stakeholders as needed, overseeing HR filing systems, and monitoring employee attendance in coordination with relevant departments.

Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage personal file audits, ensure compliance with company and legal standards, and handle day-to-day operational HR tasks assigned by the line manager. Timely documentation and follow-ups related to onboarding, transfers, exits, etc., are also essential components of this role.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) or a related field is preferred;
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, particularly in Talent Acquisition and Operations;
  • Ability to analyze reports and provide insights;
  • Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and analytical abilities;
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners;
  • Keen eye for detail, high level of organization, and commitment to upholding company values and policies.
