The Role of an Inbound Sale Specialist
Sales & Business DevelopmentThis role involves handling inbound calls and converting them into sales. As an Inbound Sale Specialist, you will need to understand customer needs, provide relevant information, and close the sale.
Key Tasks:
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and interests.
- Educate customers about products or services, and provide them with necessary information for informed purchase decisions.
- Build strong relationships with customers and proactively follow up to ensure their needs are met.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, and report on progress to senior management.
- Collaborate with other teams to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in US Cable Internet and Mobility Sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Proficiency in English Speaking.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Flexibility to work night shifts.
- Basic salary and uncapped commission structure.
