We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Inbound Sales Executive.
Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy building relationships, identifying customer needs, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Engagement: Act as a subject matter expert to engage and advise inbound leads, responding promptly to inquiries, providing insights, and offering relevant solutions.
- Sales Conversion: Drive recurring subscription revenue by converting inbound leads into new customers through effective needs assessments and solution-selling.
- Quota Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned sales revenue targets by efficiently managing inbound opportunities and closing deals.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments across various customer segments (technical, business, executive) to tailor solutions to their requirements.
- Product Communication: Clearly communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of our software products to prospective customers.
- Crm Management: Maintain an organized CRM database of accounts, opportunities, and associated activities, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up of leads.
- Presentation & Demonstration: Conduct personalized product demonstrations and presentations that address customer needs, showcasing the product's impact.
- Revenue Forecasting: Accurately track and forecast revenue opportunities, ensuring clear communication of potential sales to stakeholders.
- Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, guiding them through the sales process and ensuring high conversion rates.
- Company Promotion: Proactively promote the company and its capabilities to assigned market segments, maintaining a strong presence and fostering engagement.
- Education: A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Experience:
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in inbound sales, marketing, business development, or customer service, ideally in a call center or sales environment.
- Proven success in sales or customer service, with experience in handling inbound inquiries and converting them into sales.
- Skills:
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategy Development: Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
