We are seeking a highly skilled Import/Export Manager to join our team at Valor Pharmaceuticals, an ISO-certified manufacturing facility.

Job Specifications

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline is required for this position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the import and export of goods, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement import/export strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and negotiate with suppliers and customers to secure favorable trade terms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of goods
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on import/export activities, adhering to regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. international business, supply chain management)
  • Proven experience in import/export management, preferably in a pharmaceutical industry setting
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Familiarity with trade regulations and compliance procedures, particularly those related to the pharmaceutical industry
