Support Staff for Senior Leadership

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Support Staff to join our senior leadership team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO, ensuring seamless daily operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Email Management: You will be responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing emails, responding promptly and professionally, and ensuring that all emails are filed and up-to-date.
  • Phone Calls and Follow-ups: You will make regular phone calls to clients, update email records, and take directions from the CEO.
  • Record Keeping: You will maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients, including emails, phone calls, and meetings.
  • Sales and Marketing: You will assist with sales emails, provide data for quotes, and conduct phone calls to prospective clients.
  • Filing and Organization: You will manage filing, follow up on older emails, and keep records up-to-date.
  • Appointments and Travel: You will coordinate appointments and meetings, arrange travel arrangements when necessary, and chase responses as directed by the CEO.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Quote Updates: You will follow up on quotes provided and update status accordingly.
  • Email Communication: You will send mass or individual emails to clients and maintain a properly filed database.
  • Research and Data Entry: You will research prospects online and file information in relevant systems.
  • Mailing Lists: You will create and maintain mailing lists and send template letters as needed.
  • Data Assignment: You will assign data to marketing agents as directed.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Graduate or Master's degree.
