Microsoft SharePoint & Power Platform Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Microsoft SharePoint & Power Platform Consultant. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop scalable solutions using Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform technologies.

This role requires strong technical expertise, consulting skills, and presales support experience. You will design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade Microsoft solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consultancy & Advisory:
    • Conduct sessions with clients to understand their business requirements and pain points.
    • Translate client needs into scalable Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform solutions.
    • Support presales by preparing demos, solution designs, and responding to RFPs/RFQs.
  • Solution Design & Development:
    • Architect, customize, and implement SharePoint Online / On-Premise solutions.
    • Build applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), workflows with Power Automate, and reports/dashboards with Power BI.
    • Ensure best practices in security, compliance, and governance across solutions.
  • Integration & Customization:
    • Develop SPFx components, custom connectors, and integrations with Microsoft Teams and third-party systems.
    • Leverage Microsoft Graph API, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps for advanced automation.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Act as a trusted advisor for clients, presenting tailored solution roadmaps and technology adoption strategies.
    • Provide end-to-end support from requirement gathering to successful deployment.
  • Collaboration & Delivery:
    • Work closely with our technical teams and project managers to deliver high-quality projects.
    • Support the sales team with technical insights and solution positioning.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with SharePoint (On-Prem & Online) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse)
  • Strong client-facing and consulting skills, with experience in presales support and solution demonstrations
  • Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade Microsoft solutions
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API, SPFx, Azure integrations, and Teams extensions
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills
  • Experience working with international clients (North America/EMEA preferred)
  • Microsoft certifications (Power Platform, SharePoint, or Microsoft 365) will be an advantage
