Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Upwork Bidder to manage projects efficiently.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, and securing contracts on freelancing platforms.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify relevant projects on Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and other platforms.
  • Write personalized and persuasive proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Ensure timely bidding with a strategic approach to improve conversion rates.
  • Respond to client inquiries and negotiate project terms.
  • Built strong relationships with clients to secure repeat business.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with clients to understand their project requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of experience in bidding on freelancing platforms, a strong understanding of algorithms and bidding strategies, excellent English writing and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and meet performance metrics consistently.
