About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Upwork Bidding Specialist whose primary responsibility is to generate high-quality leads on the Upwork platform. Your role will be to identify the right projects, submit targeted and compelling proposals, and book qualified calls for us.
We currently operate two active US-based Upwork profiles; one with over $10,000 in earnings and another exceeding $20,000 in earnings.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and shortlist only the most relevant projects that match our core services:
– Website design and development (eCommerce, WordPress, Shopify, among others) with a focus on conversion optimization and frictionless UX/UI.
– CRM, ERP, and other third party integrations
– Workflow automation (including AI-powered automation to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency).
– eCommerce optimization (improving checkout flows, product pages, post-purchase experiences, and backend integrations to increase revenue).
• Avoid wasting Connects by following strict project selection criteria based on budget, client history, and alignment with our expertise.
• Customize proposals to each client, showcasing our relevant case studies, results, and specialized approach.
• Clearly communicate our value proposition in terms of measurable outcomes (conversion increases, operational efficiencies, revenue growth).
• Proactively follow up with interested prospects to secure discovery calls for our sales team.
• Maintain organized tracking of bids submitted, responses received, and calls booked.
• Provide ongoing feedback on bidding performance and suggest improvements to strategies.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in Upwork bidding, specifically in website design/development, eCommerce, or integration-related projects.
Performance Metrics
• Number of qualified proposals submitted daily/weekly.
• Proposal-to-response conversion rate.
• Number of booked calls with qualified leads.
Compensation
