">We are seeking an experienced Onboarding Experience Manager to deliver a seamless and engaging onboarding experience for our new hires. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all onboarding processes are up-to-date, aligned with organizational goals, and consistently provide a welcoming and supportive environment for new team members.

- Develop and implement effective onboarding strategies that meet the needs of our diverse talent pool.">
- Conduct in-office tours and hand over welcome kits to new hires, ensuring they have everything they need to succeed.">
- Maintain updated onboarding materials and document any changes or improvements.">
- Act as the primary point of contact for new hires during their onboarding journey, providing support and addressing any issues that may arise.">
- Regularly engage with stakeholders to facilitate meetings and address the needs of new hires.">
Content and Process Updates

- Collaborate with stakeholders to update onboarding content, ensuring alignment with changes in processes and policies.">
- Maintain a feedback loop by gathering input from new hires and suggesting strategies for continuous improvement of the onboarding process.">
Stakeholder Communication

- Schedule and conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders to discuss updates, improvements, and challenges in onboarding processes.">
Strategic Initiatives

Event Participation

- Participate in official events, taking on delegated tasks to support smooth execution and promote a positive company culture.">

- Achieve 100% completion rate of onboarding tasks for all new hires.">
- Attain a 90% satisfaction rate in feedback surveys from new hires regarding their onboarding experience.">
- Ensure 100% of welcome kits are handed over within the first day of joining.">
- Implement at least 2 process improvements per quarter based on stakeholder input and feedback.">
- Ensure 100% compliance with updated processes and policies by all stakeholders involved in onboarding.">
Required Skills and Qualifications

- Proven experience in onboarding, HR, or a similar role within a fast-paced environment.">
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and foster relationships with new hires and stakeholders.">
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.">
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Slack, and other relevant tools.">
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver results.">
- A proactive and approachable attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement.">
- Experience working with global teams and clients.">
Education & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.">
- 5-7 years of experience in HR, onboarding, or employee engagement.">
