We are seeking a skilled Tech Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.

As a Tech Talent Sourcer, your primary responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing potential candidates on niche platforms, such as Stack Overflow and GitHub;
  • Parsing specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes;
  • Performing pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities;
  • Interviewing candidates using various methods, including structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions;
  • Crafting and sending personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates;
  • Coordinating with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs;
  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment; and
  • Onboarding new hires.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven 2-3 years of working experience as a Technical Recruiter;
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, Skype, and structured);
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for technical roles;
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases;
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search);
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation;
  • BSc in Human Resources Management, IT, or relevant degree.
