Key Responsibilities:

  • Full Recruitment Cycle: Manage the entire recruitment process for tech and non-tech roles, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Talent Sourcing and Pipeline: Utilize innovative methods to identify and engage high-quality candidates. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential talent in various regions.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics. Provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and facilitating smooth transitions.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor practices to enhance recruitment strategies and attract top talent.
  • Continuous Professional Development: Embrace opportunities for professional growth and apply new knowledge to improve recruitment processes and strategies.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles, preferably within the technology industry.
  • International Hiring Expertise: The ideal candidate should have international hiring experience.
  • Education: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools are essential.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities is crucial.
