About the RoleAs a Designated Support Engineer, you will provide exceptional customer service, technical support and executive-level communication to customers. You will build relationships and resolve issues at all levels within Customer Support.
Key Responsibilities- Be the primary technical point of contact for a small number of Enterprise Accounts.
- Own or orchestrate the resolution of cases, build strong partnerships and deliver an unparalleled support experience for assigned customers.
- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned customer issues, including initial troubleshooting, identification of root cause and issue resolution.
- Meet or exceed customer expectations on response quality, timeliness and overall customer experience.
- Have a minimum of 1.5 years of experience in Customer Support and technical support.
- Possess excellent customer communication skills in various forms.
- Have experience addressing customer escalations and relaying concise updates to stakeholders.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage critical and complex issues in high-pressure environments.
