About the Role

As a Designated Support Engineer, you will provide exceptional customer service, technical support and executive-level communication to customers. You will build relationships and resolve issues at all levels within Customer Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the primary technical point of contact for a small number of Enterprise Accounts.
  • Own or orchestrate the resolution of cases, build strong partnerships and deliver an unparalleled support experience for assigned customers.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of assigned customer issues, including initial troubleshooting, identification of root cause and issue resolution.
  • Meet or exceed customer expectations on response quality, timeliness and overall customer experience.
Requirements
  • Have a minimum of 1.5 years of experience in Customer Support and technical support.
  • Possess excellent customer communication skills in various forms.
  • Have experience addressing customer escalations and relaying concise updates to stakeholders.
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage critical and complex issues in high-pressure environments.
