Job Description

As a Lead Generation and Brand Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the client base of Canadian financial professionals and enhancing their market presence through strategic outreach and digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and cultivate potential leads for various financial services via Outbound Calling and Online Digital Strategies, ensuring timely follow-up to nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
  2. Conduct thorough research to understand Canadian financial markets, including key trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
  3. Develop and maintain a strong online presence for our clients through targeted digital marketing campaigns and strategic content creation.
  4. Engage with potential leads through various communication channels, providing professional and positive representation of our clients at all times.
  5. Accurately record and maintain lead information in our CRM system, upholding data integrity and confidentiality standards.
  6. Regularly track and report on lead generation and brand management activities, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, complemented by relevant work experience.
  2. Proven track record in lead generation, digital marketing, or brand management, with a focus on Canadian markets.
  3. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to diverse communication styles.
  4. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software, with a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  5. Able to work independently and as part of a global remote team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
