Main Responsibilities:- Client Onboarding & Strategy Development
- Engage in sales calls to demonstrate capabilities and tailor solutions for clients
- Create strategic implementation plans based on client goals, personas, and buyer journeys
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, ensuring clarity and alignment from pre-sale to execution
- Project Management & Execution
- Ensure timely completion of project deliverables to the highest standard
- Maintain cross-functional collaboration and task assignments in Teamwork
- Support the internal implementation team with clear documentation, updates, and strategic input
- Client Communication & Reporting
- Hold regular progress meetings with clients to review performance, address questions, and discuss strategic direction
- Clearly communicate client feedback, needs, and insights to internal stakeholders
- Assist in creating monthly reports for all clients
- Strong working knowledge of HubSpot (Sales, Marketing, or Service Hub experience preferred)
- Understanding of buyer personas, the buyer's journey, SEO, and keyword strategies
- Previous experience in client success, project management, or digital strategy roles
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain attention to detail
