About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled freelancer to fill the position of Upwork Bidder Expert. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in generating leads and winning projects on Upwork, as well as expertise in LinkedIn lead generation and staff augmentation services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Search and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
  • Compose customized and engaging proposals tailored to client specifications.
  • Generate quality leads through LinkedIn and establish robust client relationships.
  • Regularly follow up with potential clients and transform leads into opportunities.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and project delivery by coordinating with internal teams.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine bidding strategies.
  • Manage CRM tools to maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and communication.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 1.5 to 2 years of experience in online bidding (specifically on Upwork).
  • Deep understanding of LinkedIn lead generation methodologies.
  • Experience in staff augmentation or IT services sales is essential.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Able to grasp client requirements and tailor services accordingly.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with other freelancing platforms such as Freelancer, Fiverr, or Guru.
  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing or IT services.
