Job Description:
As an Upwork Bidder, you will be responsible for sourcing potential projects, crafting persuasive proposals, and engaging with clients to convert leads into long-term business relationships. The ideal candidate will be experienced in Upwork's platform and bidding process, with a deep understanding of how to tailor proposals for different types of projects and industries. You will also collaborate with our project managers and team to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify new job opportunities that align with our services and expertise on Upwork.
- Craft personalized, compelling, and well-structured proposals to capture the client's attention.
- Communicate professionally and promptly with potential clients to understand their requirements and objectives.
- Negotiate project terms and pricing, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Track project status, deadlines, and follow up with clients to ensure a smooth process.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, aiming to secure repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain an up-to-date and accurate record of proposals, communications, and project status on Upwork.
- Collaborate with our internal team to ensure accurate project scope, timeline, and deliverables are met.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Proven experience with Upwork's bidding system and securing contracts.
- Strong understanding of Upwork's platform, client expectations, and industry standards.
- Experience in writing proposals and communication with clients to win projects.
- Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and an understanding of pricing strategies.
- Ability to tailor proposals to different industries and clients.
- Knowledge of project management tools and processes.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Personal Attributes:
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
