We are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Specialist to drive sustained revenue growth across various business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining revenue streams and identifying opportunities to increase profitability through innovative sales strategies.
- Evaluating and refining existing marketing, branding, and outreach programs to enhance overall performance.
- Conducting competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions aimed at capturing a larger market share.
- Nurturing client relationships and fostering industry partnerships that contribute to business expansion.
- Identifying new clients through market research and developing networking opportunities that yield tangible results.
- Closing lucrative business deals that consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Providing expert advice on potential joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions that align with business objectives.
- Driving team performance towards meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Executing additional responsibilities assigned by management as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Development or equivalent role.
- Advanced knowledge of business development, marketing, and sales strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to identify profitable business opportunities and develop effective client engagement tactics.
- Exceptional analytical skills for market trend analysis and competitor behavior assessment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for maintaining robust client relationships and establishing industry partnerships.
- Proven negotiation and closing skills for securing lucrative business deals.
The ideal candidate will be a resident of Rawalpindi/Islamabad and possess a deep understanding of the Information Technology and Services industry in this region.
