About the Opportunity
  • Client Engagement: Reignite relationships with existing clients and persuade them to re-engage and provide work using your expertise to show them the value of our services.
  • New Client Acquisition: Research and identify potential new clients, approach them by understanding their staffing needs, gathering candidate CVs, and proposing the best solutions.
  • Revenue Growth: Demonstrate how you have generated revenue for businesses in the UK, increase our client base by sourcing new leads and converting them into long-term clients.
  • Market Research: Regularly research available tenders and business opportunities that we can apply for, even without licenses, and identify ways to increase our business footprint.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure the client's needs are fulfilled and maintain strong relationships with them.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: Extensive experience as a Business Development Manager (BDM) with a successful track record of generating revenue and increasing client databases, especially in the UK market.
  • Results-Driven: A clear demonstration of how you have previously increased business revenue and brought in new clients.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive business growth.
  • Sales Expertise: You should have a strong passion for sales and business development, with a clear focus on results.
  • Remote Working: Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently.
Work Environment

We are open to hiring on a full-time basis or offering a commission-based role if you can demonstrate that you are of a high caliber and able to deliver results.
