Job Title: Tax and Financial Operations Manager

This is a senior role that oversees all aspects of finance and accounting functions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Directing and overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Providing strategic guidance on financial decision-making and risk management.
  • Ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Mentoring finance teams to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain internal controls.

The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior finance role.
  • ACCA/CA qualified or pursuing.
  • Proficient in UAE VAT and tax computations.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounts payable and receivable.
  • Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
  • Quality standards and quality assurance policy and procedure.
  • Proficient in English.
