Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Salary: Competitive

The role involves managing regional sales teams to achieve sustainable delivery of sales targets, KPIs, and business-building activities.

Your Responsibilities:
  • E nsure efficient implementation of approved plans through clearly communicating expectations to the regional team and breaking down regional objectives to area level.
  • Develop the regional team through on-the-job coaching and manage individual and team performance, seeking training opportunities and other resources to address identified skills and knowledge gaps.
  • Contribute towards attaining operational effectiveness and efficiency of distributors in the region and assist in managing relationships with priority accounts, retail, and distributors.
  • Review business and people development plans to ensure their alignment with the zone, ensuring effective execution and timely preparation and submission of documents such as distributor claims and sales tracking sheets.
Requirements:
  • 6-8 years of experience with at least 5-6 years in field sales force. FMCG experience is a plus.
  • University degree: Bachelor's or Master's.
