Job Opportunity:

Account Manager Role: We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage multiple client accounts on Amazon, focusing on optimizing product listings and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with account teams to execute strategies for optimizing client Amazon seller accounts.
  • Assist with product listing creation and optimization, ensuring accuracy and adherence to Amazon's guidelines.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Provide timely and professional customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Analyze sales performance data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay updated on Amazon policies, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness in account management.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Amazon account management, virtual assistance, or e-commerce is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central and other relevant tools and software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer service mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
