Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Amazon Seller Specialist with hands-on experience in product research, pricing, profit analysis, listing optimization, and account troubleshooting.
The ideal candidate will understand Amazon's marketplace rules, Buy Box strategies, product approvals, and cross-platform sourcing to maximize sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Product Research & Sourcing
Hunt for profitable products using tools such as Keepa, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar.
Conduct price and profit margin analysis to ensure products meet ROI targets.
Source products from wholesale suppliers, retail stores, or online marketplaces (retail arbitrage / online arbitrage).
Stay updated on Amazon's restricted product lists to avoid compliance issues.
Listing & Catalog Management
Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, keywords).
Troubleshoot and resolve Amazon listing errors (e.g., suppressed listings, stranded inventory, category mismatches).
Upload bulk listings via flat files when required.
Account & Buy Box Optimization
Monitor and implement pricing strategies to win and retain the Buy Box.
Track competitor pricing and adjust listings accordingly.
Maintain healthy inventory levels to avoid stockouts and overstock situations.
Approvals & Compliance
Submit requests and manage brand and category approval processes.
Handle documentation required for product authenticity and compliance.
Work with Amazon support to resolve policy violations or account health issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
Strong knowledge of product hunting, price & profit analysis.
Understanding of Buy Box mechanics and pricing tools.
Experience troubleshooting Amazon seller errors and listing issues.
Familiarity with sourcing strategies from other platforms (e.g., Walmart, eBay, Target).
Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for analysis and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in both FBA and FBM models.
Knowledge of third-party tools for product research, repricing, and listing optimization.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for supplier and Amazon support interaction.
