
Administrative Lead

As an Administrative Lead at Khurshid Textiles, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and productivity of our administrative staff.
You will be responsible for recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
Additionally, you will supervise clerical and administrative personnel by communicating job expectations, appraising job results, and disciplining employees as needed.
Another key responsibility will be setting policies and procedures for training, coaching, counseling, and career development for staff members.
Furthermore, you will initiate and coordinate goals, deadlines, and projects for your department, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working towards common objectives.
You will also develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operations and function of the department, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Moreover, you will monitor and procure needed supplies for office, reception, mailroom, and kitchen, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
In addition, you will ensure a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards.
Last but not least, you will manage the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring that everything is in good working order.
