Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in empowering employees and driving business success.

The ideal candidate will have three years of experience in a learning and development or HR administrative role, with expertise in Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and reporting.

Responsibilities include running and refining reports, administering and maintaining the LMS, creating live and scheduled sessions, and ensuring data integrity and accuracy within the system.

The successful candidate will also support the L&D team with logistical aspects of training programs, including uploading e-learning courses and assigning participants to instructor-led training.

Requirements for this role include strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Suite or Google Suite.

  • Three years of experience in a learning and development or HR administrative role is required.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and reporting is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite or Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is necessary.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills are required.
  • Detail and process-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
