We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Visual Identity Designer to elevate our brand and enhance our outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms and materials, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
  • Create engaging marketing materials including brochures, social media graphics, and digital content that captivate our target audience.
  • Lead design projects from concept to completion, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines and adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to articulate design needs and effectively address them, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, empowering their professional growth and creativity while driving results.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and design tools to incorporate new techniques into our projects, maintaining our competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in design principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma) and other design tools, with expertise in typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work and successful branding projects, highlighting your creative vision and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design concepts and drive stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience in leading projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams, with a proven track record of delivering results and meeting deadlines.
