Senior Business Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Business Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge business solutions that drive growth and transformation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, data analytics, and AI-based COTS solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to evaluate business needs, develop strategic visions, and implement innovative ideas that align with market demands and client needs.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Design and Implementation:

o Create software/solution design and architecture as per business requirements.

o Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, platforms, and tools to implement innovative solutions.

o Prepare project proposals against the issued RFP.

o Participate and lead software development as per the design.

  • Expertise in AI-based Data Analytics:

o Evaluate AI-based COTS products for their applicability to business needs.

o Deploy, configure, and manage AI-based COTS solutions.

o Develop integration strategies for AI-based COTS solutions.

  • Project Management:

o Manage projects from inception to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

o Maintain detailed documentation of the solution design and architecture.

  • Generation of Innovative Ideas:

o Foster a culture of innovation within the organization by generating creative and disruptive ideas.

o Develop and maintain a strategic vision for technological innovation aligned with the organization's goals.

o Brainstorm and conceptualize new business concepts, products, and services that align with market demands and client needs.

o Develop business cases and proposals to pitch innovative ideas to stakeholders and decision-makers.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSA's) required to successfully perform the job:

o Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and synthesize business requirements.

o Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market intelligence into actionable strategies and initiatives.

o Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and proposals to diverse audiences.

o Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for exploring new business opportunities and driving innovation.

Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification required for the position:

o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Sciences, or AI. Advanced degree is a plus.

o 6-8 years of experience in a similar role, in the technology sector.

o Proven track record of generating and implementing innovative ideas that have contributed to business growth or transformation.
