Senior Nutrition and Food Services Manager

The Nutrition and Food Services department is responsible for providing high-quality food and nutrition services to our patients, staff, and visitors.
- Maintain compliance with ISO 22000:2005 and JCIA systems for cafeteria and function catering services.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for Cafeteria/Catering practices, recommending improvements for quality operation.
- Oversee the development of balanced staff duty schedules within available resources.
- Cultivate effective coordination between departments.
- Plan on-the-job training sessions for service/catering staff on food safety, quality of service, and CARR behavior.
- Assist in planning and design for service improvement.
- Maintain statutory requirements for hygiene, safety, and sanitation principles.
- Promote customer satisfaction through quality service and supervision.
- Investigate customer complaints and initiate corrective action.
Additionally, this position will oversee planning, organizing, managing, and supervising official/private catering functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and coordinate food preparation and service.
- Maintain knowledge of food safety and sanitation principles.
- Proficiently use Microsoft Office applications.
A Master's degree or Graduate with relevant experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
