Job Description

This position is responsible for overseeing the scheduling of shifts, including workstation assignments and rotations, employee vacations, breaks, overtime, and backup for absent employees. Effective communication with Human Resources is crucial for ensuring appropriate staffing levels.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in administration or operations, possess good communication skills, be willing to meet deadlines, and demonstrate effective time management.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate shift schedules, including workstations, rotations, employee vacations, breaks, and overtime\
  • Communicate effectively with Human Resources to ensure proper staffing levels\
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment\

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity\
