Product Analytics Lead

This is a unique opportunity to work on innovative AI products that are shaping the future of user interaction and creativity. As a Product Analytics Lead, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement robust analytics schemas to track and analyze user activity within our products
  • Design data models that provide clear insights into complex user behavior and translate these into actionable strategies
  • Utilize Mixpanel to analyze user behavior, track key metrics, and create actionable insights that enhance product performance
  • Leverage forecasting techniques to anticipate trends and inform decision-making
  • Collaborate with product teams to oversee and track event testing and integration
  • Conduct regular audits of Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to ensure proper event tracking and integration
  • Work closely with vendors and stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong command of SQL and Python
  • Solid understanding of growth metrics like ARPU, LTV, Retention, etc
  • Experience in dashboarding using Power BI and Looker Studio
  • Expertise in data validation, cleaning, and preparation
  • Proven ability to translate data insights into real business impact
  • Experience with GA4, Mixpanel, or other product analytics tools
