Senior Marketing Analytics Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Senior Marketing Analytics Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing standardized sales reporting and analytics for our organization.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, detail-oriented, and able to partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver analytical solutions. You will work with tools like Snowflake and Tableau to unify unstructured data and derive actionable insights into sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build complex data sets by extracting and cleansing data from various systems.
  • Develop and maintain automated, self-service dashboards using Snowflake and Tableau.
  • Partner with marketing and sales stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and develop analytical solutions to streamline reporting.
  • Develop and maintain operational KPIs, marketing performance metrics, and business review slides.
  • Support marketing teams with analysis and reporting to drive success.
  • Improve data quality and reliability by understanding the data landscape at our organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales or Marketing Business Intelligence, with familiarity with sales systems like Salesforce.
  • Advanced SQL knowledge with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Snowflake, Tableau, and other Business Intelligence tools.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks independently and solve data-related problems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
