You will engage in high-touch, proactive interactions with clients to drive utilization of our platform. Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve client issues.

Successful candidates possess proficiency in English and Spanish, customer success or account management experience, and knowledge of managing a book of business. A proven track record of renewals and driving business growth is essential.
