Job Title: Support Excellence Specialist

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Support Excellence Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have experience in dealing with international customers and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They will be able to provide accurate resolutions to customers via email and/or chat, while maintaining a friendly and efficient manner.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their items purchased through our ecommerce website, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining swift responses to customers.

You will also be required to document each customer query and the resulting solution, provide alternatives to products/items not available on the website, and follow standard processes and procedures when providing resolutions.

Your empathy and ability to place yourself in the shoes of others will be essential in this role, as well as your sense of humor and ability to use it appropriately.
