Job Description
The Quality Manager oversees the quality control operations during their designated shift, including maintaining the overall plant quality system. Directs the Quality team in assigned manufacturing areas to execute group responsibilities efficiently. Manages groups as operational units, focusing on accomplishing company goals and targets in accordance with all company policies, manufacturing standards, and quality standards for safety, product quality, customer satisfaction, accuracy, productivity, cost reduction, housekeeping, efficiency, training, teamwork, and morale.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong leadership style, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make informed decisions. You should have a general understanding of FMCG quality systems and processes, practical work experience, and an in-depth knowledge of inspection standards and check fixtures. Additionally, a thorough understanding of company products, trade terminology, quality management, and control systems is essential.
