Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality control process, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality.

Your primary focus will be on Loading and unloading product shipments, Packing and processing product packaging, and Assessing merchandise for quality. You will also be responsible for maintaining Stockroom organization and ensuring that merchandise in stock meets brand standards.

In addition to these tasks, you will work closely with manufacturers and artisans to diagnose product fit issues and defects. You will also be responsible for developing and sharing expert product knowledge to help us produce world-class shoes.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of textile apparel production and logistics. You will also need to be highly organized and able to manage several competing requests and prioritize accordingly.

  • Functional understanding of textile apparel production and logistics preferred
  • Experience creating processes and procedures and collaborating with internal partners, vendors, 3rd party service providers, and customers
  • Highly organized; able to manage several competing requests and prioritize accordingly
  • Ability to utilize skill and diplomacy in preventing defective or non-compliant product from shipping to customers
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
  • Strong work ethic; no responsibility is too big
